Our Vendor List
We have learned from our experience that a smooth wedding takes vendors who are flexible, dependable and have the bride and groom’s interest at heart. When choosing your vendors, please note we work exclusively with the caterers, wedding planners, transportation, and port-a-potty vendors listed below. The other vendors featured are just suggestions based on previous positive experiences.

BEER HALLS IN PETALUMA
VERY IMPORTANT; ORDER 1 UNIT PER 50 PEOPLE. Do not try to save money by getting fewer port-a-potties. Get an extra one in case one is out of order.
You may look at the port-a-potties up online to see what they look like. Your choices will be limited to what fits in here. Fortunately, these are the more affordable units. They are the ones on a stand/trailer, 2 to a trailer. They have sinks too. Generators are not allowed.
GOLDEN STATE PORTABLES
They are easy to work with and do a good job. This is one unit that looks like a refrigerator truck but they also have a nice one that is called a VIP 2, which we can recommend. It is more compact but the stairs are somewhat steep.

Music & DJs
The volume of the band or the D J must be low enough to protect the hearing of the barn owls who live in the barn. When they are small, they can’t fly out and so must put up with the music. If it is too loud, their hearing will be impaired. The bass when turned up is very harmful.
This barn has great acoustics and there is no need for loud music. Certainly keeping it lower than what is considered harmful to human hearing is a standard that minimally should be met.
Please check HEART OF GOLD out before contacting anyone else. They do a good job and work well with us regarding the protection of the owls and keeping the volume at a reasonable level. There are 7 women who work for this group. I have had Meghan and strongly recommend her.
